SDM6T is a heavy-duty metal engraving machine built by Comdent engineers to enter the field of metal planting. It adopts vertical structure and cast iron body to improve the stability of the body. At the same time, it uses a 4.0Kw high-speed spindle with a rotation speed of 40,000 rpm, which enables the SDM6T to be high-speed, efficient, and high-precision, with a repeatable positioning accuracy of 0.005mm, thereby producing unparalleled processing effects. Don’t be afraid of any complex products such as: internal/external thread structure, LOCATOR, MUA, etc. SDM6T has also undergone major upgrades to its operating system to simplify operations to the greatest extent. At the same time, the industry's first PREMILL automatic calibration eliminates the need for manual modification of software parameters, greatly reducing the difficulty of customer operation. SDM6T also considers openness to meet the cutting needs of different wet cutting materials, such as titanium discs, titanium columns, PMMA discs (wet cutting), glass ceramics, etc., maximizing the efficiency of the machine.
